Funny story:

If the dance involves more than a step to the left and a step to the right, babe, I’m going to need a demonstration, a practice round, and your patience (I seriously could never be a cheerleader). But I believe God gave me one true talent, and I have absolutely no confusion about what it is: injections and aesthetics.

Put me in front of a face, listening to what someone hopes to improve and noticing the little details that make them beautiful, and everything clicks. I see possibilities, balance, and the places where a subtle change could make a meaningful difference. Just as clearly, I see when something should be left alone.

I’m Loraine Savarese, RN, owner of Charmed Medispa in Newark, Delaware. I believe my eye for aesthetics is my one true talent, and I’ve spent more than 20 years developing that gift through experience, education, and dedication, including 14 years teaching other healthcare professionals. I’m confident in my ability, thoughtful about my decisions, and deeply grateful that I get to do work I love.

Before we discuss Botox, Dysport, or dermal fillers, I want to hear your story. What would you like to improve? What do you love about your face? What are you afraid a treatment might change?

Your answers help me create a plan that respects your features, comfort level, and budget. I will explain my recommendations, what you can realistically expect, and when another approach may serve you better. Sometimes we start small. Sometimes we wait. Sometimes I tell you that a feature is beautiful just as it is.

My philosophy is simple: the right treatment, at the right time, for the person in front of me.

Experience Behind Every Decision

My background in plastic surgery shaped how I assess facial anatomy, proportions, and aging. During my 14 years as a peer-to-peer trainer, I taught physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals about treatments including Dysport and dermal fillers. Teaching strengthened my ability to explain the reasoning behind treatment decisions, something I bring to your consultation.

As a certified laser operator with training in ZO Skin Health, I also consider your skin as part of the whole picture. Your plan may include skincare, laser treatments, or other services available at Charmed Medispa. When a surgical consultation makes more sense, I will tell you.

I’m a deeply spiritual person (to the core). My belief in the connection between mind, body, and spirit influences how I approach life and care for others. To me, that means listening without judgment, offering encouragement, and recognizing that feeling comfortable in your skin can be deeply personal.I strive to be a faith based provider and run a faith based practice. Ethics. Moral compass. Kindness. Genuine care.
